If the account holder has died or is in a verified incapacity situation, you can start the request from our dedicated page. You will receive a unique reference code to check status anytime.

Why this matters
Releasing information after death is irreversible. We take it seriously: nothing is released without solid evidence and a human review.
Required documentation
- Official death certificate or apostilled equivalent.
- Proof of identity of the requester (designated custodian or heir).
- Where applicable, the request channel agreed by the account holder.
Procedure
- Request received by legal@leggado.digital.
- Documentation verification (1–5 business days).
- Independent second-person review (4-eyes principle).
- Release of pre-defined content to the designated custodians, only.
- Audit log of every step.
If verification fails or is suspicious
We may request additional evidence or escalate to authorities. We never release information based on email claims alone.
