Start the post-mortem access request

If the account holder has died or is in a verified incapacity situation, you can start the request from our dedicated page. You will receive a unique reference code to check status anytime.

Why this matters

Releasing information after death is irreversible. We take it seriously: nothing is released without solid evidence and a human review.

Required documentation

  • Official death certificate or apostilled equivalent.
  • Proof of identity of the requester (designated custodian or heir).
  • Where applicable, the request channel agreed by the account holder.

Procedure

  1. Request received by legal@leggado.digital.
  2. Documentation verification (1–5 business days).
  3. Independent second-person review (4-eyes principle).
  4. Release of pre-defined content to the designated custodians, only.
  5. Audit log of every step.

If verification fails or is suspicious

We may request additional evidence or escalate to authorities. We never release information based on email claims alone.
