Your GDPR rights
- Access — get a copy of your data.
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
- Erasure — the right to be forgotten (with limits).
- Restriction — pause certain processing.
- Portability — get your data in a portable format (JSON).
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Not be subject to Art. 22 decisions — see automated decisions.
- Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent.
How to exercise them
Email legal@leggado.digital identifying yourself. We reply within 30 days (extendable to 90 days for complex requests). If we cannot satisfy a request, we explain why and remind you of your right to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
