Digital legacy: the set of digital goods, accesses, contents, and rights of a person, viewed from the angle of their transmission or liquidation.
Digital executor: the person designated to execute the deceased's digital instructions. May or may not coincide with the classic testamentary executor.
Post-mortem verification: the procedure by which a service confirms the death of the account holder before releasing information to third parties. See our verification policy.
Custodian: trusted person designated by the holder to receive information or instructions after death verification or incapacity.
