What is will assistance?
Will assistance from Leggado is a legal-practical companion service to make sure the digital information you organize in the platform is reflected, with order, in the notarial will you sign before a Spanish notary. It does not replace the will itself: it complements it.
While Leggado keeps custody of your accounts, digital assets, instructions, and messages, the assistance focuses on one specific piece: that your wishes regarding the digital plane are recorded in a way that is compatible with your physical will.
What's included
Structured digital inventory
Ordered listing of your accesses, domains, crypto-assets, subscriptions, digital goods, and rights over your own works — exportable as a PDF to take to your notary.
Draft digital clause
Indicative text of a testamentary clause on digital legacy, drafted to be reviewed by your notary or trusted attorney.
Digital executor designation
Guidance to designate the person responsible for executing your digital instructions, separable from the general executor if you prefer.
Written follow-up
Resolution of specific questions by email during preparation. Not personalized legal advice outside the product's scope.
What it is NOT
- Is not personalized legal advice on your particular family or estate situation.
- Does not replace the intervention of the notary, which is mandatory for a valid Spanish will.
- Does not execute your inheritance nor manage physical assets after death.
- Does not analyze inheritance taxation or forced-heirship rules in your specific case.
- Is not designed for or compatible with US, UK or other non-Spanish legal systems.
Availability and price
Will assistance is included in the Family plan (€79/year) for Spanish residents and available as an add-on from the Personal plan on request. Notarial fees are paid directly by the client to the notary and are not included.
