1. Acceptance
By creating an account at app.leggado.digital you accept these Terms. If you don't accept them, do not use the service.
2. The service
Leggado is an online service for organizing and conditionally transmitting digital legacy information. The full feature set is described on this website and at app.leggado.digital.
3. User account
You are responsible for the truthfulness of the data you provide, for keeping your credentials safe, and for the use of your account. We may suspend accounts in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.
4. Plans, price, billing
Available plans, prices and characteristics are published in the pricing section. Billing is annual (Personal, Family) or one-time (Lifetime). Plan changes apply on the next billing cycle. Spanish/EU VAT applies where required by law.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel from your dashboard at any time. Consumers in the EU have a 14-day withdrawal right unless the service has begun with their consent. Lifetime purchases are non-refundable beyond the legal withdrawal period.
6. Post-mortem and incapacity transmission
Verification and information transmission follow the procedures described in post-mortem verification. Leggado is not an executor of the estate, nor a notary, nor a legal advisor of the family.
7. Limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish law, Leggado is not liable for: data the user fails to enter; access loss caused by changes by third-party platforms (Google, Apple, etc.); delays in verification caused by external authorities; consequential or indirect damages. Liability is capped at the amount paid in the 12 months prior to the event.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date implies acceptance.
9. Governing law
Spanish law applies. EU consumer protections in your country of residence are preserved. Jurisdiction: courts of Spain.
