Our commitment
If a personal-data breach occurs that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will:
- Notify the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) within 72 hours, as required by Art. 33 GDPR.
- Notify you without undue delay if the risk is high, as required by Art. 34 GDPR.
- Document the breach: what happened, what data was involved, what mitigation was applied.
What we ask of you
If you detect or suspect a breach affecting your account, write to legal@leggado.digital immediately. Do not include passwords in the email.
