Minors and Leggado
Under Spanish law (Art. 7 LOPDGDD), persons aged 14 and over may consent to the processing of their personal data. Below that age, parental or guardian consent is required.
Leggado is designed for adults preparing their digital legacy. We do not direct the service to minors. If you are a parent or guardian and a minor in your care has signed up, contact us at legal@leggado.digital for review or deletion.
Information about minors entered by adults
If you enter information about minor relatives (e.g., as beneficiaries or custodians upon turning 18), the legal basis is your legitimate interest. You must inform the minor's parent/guardian and respect their rights.
